This gutter joint has been leaking since it was installed because the left-hand length was cut too short & it has caused damp on the wall.
Roof overhaul/maintenance. Replacement of all broken/missing slates, skylight repairs, re-pointing of old failed mortar, chimney stack repairs & gutter clearance.
Complete overhaul of roofs.
Removal of moss from concrete tiles, then sprayed with treatment agent to retard re-growth.
Installation of in-roof solar panel tray system.
Stripping out old dilapidated lath battens & under felt to install new modern replacements i.e. breathable membrane.
Sealing GRP canopy roof & lead flashings.
Re-pointing of ridge tiles & verges.
