Installation of new Sterling OSB board, GRP drip edge trims & new GRP deck.
Preparing the deck by removing the old failed green mineral to get a more even surface
Roof overhaul. Repairs to under felt using breathable membrane underlay, lifting & re-bedding ridge & hip tiles. Replacing broken/damaged roof tiles. Installation of new UPVC cladding, fascia & trims to cheek & face of dormer. Sealing failed bitumen flat dormer roof deck using GRP. Chimney stack rendering.
When this roof was installed the under felt at the back of the dormer was installed behind the top lead flashings at the cheeks causing water ingress. It was also installed over the bottom lath batten creating a natural pooling area for the rain water, the white tide marks can clearly be seen in the photos. Consequently the under felt has aged quickly & failed

Lifting & re-bedding the ridge tiles, re-pointing the lead valleys & fascia/soffit painted
Installation of new rubber EPDM cap sheet, fibre glass flashings, gutter, downpipe, trims & repairs to rotten window frame
