Unfortunately the old bitumen under felt on this roof was so badly dilapidated that the only way to fix it was to strip it off & start again. Also the tiles at the bottom of the roof were laying flat causing the rain water to pool on them and back fill under the tiles. To solve this problem we removed the old gutter & top course of stone blocks on the outer wall to restore the flow at the bottom of the roof allowing all the rain water to be delivered into the new gutter
