Replacement of lead on gulley. When this roof was installed the lead on the gulley was only 450mm wide which left it short under the felt & tiles causing water ingress. we have replaced it using new code 4 lead 600mm wide to solve the problem.

Removal of old skylight, replacement of rotten board using new 18mm treated Sterling OSB roof board and installation of Classic Bond EPDM rubber cap sheet which comes with a 20 year manufacturer’s guarantee.
