Roof maintenance: moss removal, gutter clearance, re-pointing failed mortar in the lead chase & installation of dry verge covers.
Strip & re-cover of concrete tiled roof using new vapour permeable breathable membrane pitched roof underlay, treated lath battens, UPVC dry verge covers system, capped angle ridge tiles and re-fixing the tiles, replacing any that were damaged or broken plus cast iron gutter repairs also featuring removal of redundant chimney stacks. In this case we did two adjoining terraced houses at the same time which reduced the cost for both customers.
