Install new timber drip edge, Classic Bond 1.2mm single ply rubber membrane cap sheet, white UPVC fascias, black UPVC half round guttering, brackets, unions, stop ends, running outlet, black UPVC round downpipe, brackets, off set bends and shoe, white UPVC trims at the drip edge and 150mm textured coated aluminium flashings at the abutment walls

Raking out and re-pointing the failed mortar inbetween the stone blocks using new lime mortar

Strip and re-cover of pitched slate roof using new eaves guard trays, Cromar Vent 3 Pro breathable membrane pitched roof underlay, tanalised 25mm × 50mm lath battens, code 4 milled lead sheets on the valley gutters and code 4 milled lead flashings plus new clay cap angle ridge tiles mechanically secured using dry fix ridge system

Strip and re-cover of pitched roof using new eaves guard trays, Cromar Vent 3 Pro breathable membrane pitched roof underlay, tanalised 25mm × 50mm tanalised lath battens, code 4 milled lead sheets on the valley gutters, code 4 milled lead flashings, anthracite grey smooth finish flat interlocking concrete roof tiles, anthracite grey smooth finish angled concrete ridge tiles mechanically secured using dry fix ridge system, black UPVC interlocking dry verge covers system, black ash UPVC fascias and ventilated soffits, black UPVC half round guttering, black UPVC round downpipes and removal of the redundant chimney stack
