Sealing the bonds between the coping stones, lead chase & door frame using polyurethane. The white & black marks on the brick parapet wall have all been caused by rain water ingress.
Removal of redundant gas cowl/flue followed by repairs to the hole left in the bitumen under felt using breathable membrane, new lath battens & tiles.
