Stripping off the stone roof tiles, lath battens and perished bitumen under felt to install new eaves guards, vapour permeable breathable membrane pitched roof underlay and tanalised lath battens. Stone tiles re-laid replacing any that were damaged or broken plus ridge tiles re-bedded and pointed using new mortar
