Sealing the ashfelt gulley using GRP, sealing the bonds between the coping stones using polyurethane, rubbish clearance to access the flat roof below the steel flooring and unblocking the outlet to restore the flow.

Installation of new larger lead outlet in stone gutter. When this property was built the outlet in the gutter was less than 2 inches in diameter. This meant that it could get blocked very easily and that it could not cope with a heavy downpour of rain. Over time this has caused damp on the inside of the property and on the external walls from rain water spilling over the side and front of the gutter. We have installed a new 4 inch outlet to solve the problem.
