Raking out the failed mortar in the lead chase, bonds between coping stones & exterior wall pointing. Sealing the lead chase & bonds between the coping stones using polyurethane & re-pointing the exterior wall.
Sealing the lead chase where the old mastic has failed using polyurethane.
Repairs to perished bitumen under felt using breathable membrane pitched roof underlay & gutter clearance.
Removal of Ivy from the gutter & eaves. Even though this ivy was removed from the exterior wall of this property it has grown back from inside the eaves causing roof damage which ultimately led to a bad leak in the bedroom. We always recommend that ivy is removed from any property because it causes no end of problems.
