Stripping off the bitumen membrane and rotten roof boards on the dormer flat roof to install new Sterling OSB 18mm roof boards, timber upstands at the verges and Classic Bond EPDM rubber membrane cap sheet plus new white UPVC trims and fascias

Strip and re-cover of pitched stone tiled roof using new eaves guard trays, Cromar Vent 3 Pro breathable membrane pitched roof underlay and 25mm × 50mm tanalised lath battens plus new code 4 milled lead flashings/aprons at the chimney stacks and new black UPVC Ogee guttering and downpipes
Repairing the exterior wall using new mortar and ties
