Re-fixing the lath battens and roof tiles replacing any that are damaged or broken. Installation of new code 3 milled lead soakers and GRP (Glassfibre Reinforced Polyester) flashings at the abutment wall. Re-bedding and pointing the ridge tiles using new mortar.
