New hopper heads & downpipes to re-direct the excess rain water run off & sealing the flashings at the abutment wall.
Re-bedding & pointing the ridge tiles which had been lifted to take the new breathable membrane over the apex of the roof.
Stripping off the concrete tiles, ridge tiles & lath battens to carry out repairs to the collapsing perished bitumen under felt using breathable membrane pitched roof underlay. This was installed under the bonding gutter over the party wall which has damp & mould all the way up it inside the property.
Capping off & flaunching the chimney stack, re-pointing the failed mortar on the stack & sealing the stench pipe/lead flashings/green mineral.
