Re-sealing the failed mastic at the bottom of the door frame & re-pointing along the back of the steps. This property has been suffering from a damp problem inside next to the door caused by the failed mastic & mortar allowing rain water ingress.
Repairs to the perished bitumen under felt, lead soakers & flashings at the abutment wall.
Installation of new stepped lead flashings at the abutment wall, repairs to the bitumen under felt using breathable membrane pitched roof underlay, re-pointing the ridge tiles & new chimney pot cowl.
