Repairs to the dilapidated bitumen under felt at the eaves using eaves felt support trays.
Stripping off the concrete tiles & lath battens to install new breathable membrane pitched roof underlay as the old bitumen under felt was completely perished causing water ingress into the kitchen light fittings.
Sealing leaking window frame using polyurethane. The failed mastic between the window frame & ledge has caused water ingress into the kitchen below via the cavity wall.
