New garage roof. Replacement of cement fibre board using Plastisol coated standing seam steel clad sheets. This garage had been burgled through a hole smashed in the old cement fibre board. We have replaced it with one piece lengths of standing seam steel clad sheets secured with 38mm heavy section self tapping fixings which will make any attempted break in through the roof virtually impossible without attracting attention
Installation of new Classic Bond EPDM rubber membrane on a flat garage roof.
This roof only had one outlet at the rear end of the roof. Also over the years the concrete sub strata has settled & moved which has prevented the water from flowing to the outlet properly leading to a lot of pooling/standing water, which in turn has caused roof failure. To remedy this we have re-directed the flow of the roof the other way & installed a drip edge, gutter & downpipe to take the rain water away.
