Blocked outlet clearance to restore the flow. When this property was built the outlet in the lead gulley was too small. At the size of a 50 pence piece it easily gets blocked and causes water ingress into the property. We will make it wider to prevent blockages in the future with the correct maintenance plan (i.e. clearing the gulley every autumn).

Replacement of lead on gulley. When this roof was installed the lead on the gulley was only 450mm wide which left it short under the felt & tiles causing water ingress. we have replaced it using new code 4 lead 600mm wide to solve the problem.
